If you take pride in clean installs, clean sheet metal, straight lines, and systems that perform youll fit here.This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Pay depends on experience and licensing. Ongoing training provided.Physical Requirements:Lift 50+ lbs regularlyWork on your feet, knees, and ladders for extended periodsComfortable in attics, crawl spaces, garages, and tight mechanical roomsAble to safely drive a company vehicleWhat Youll DoRemove and replace furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and duct systemsInstall equipment to manufacturer specs and company standardsPerform start-up and system testingEnsure clean, organized, professional job sitesCommunicate clearly with homeowners about the work being completedWork closely with project managers and field leadersSome days will exceed 8 hours.
