Strong Base pay + Bonus + Culture-driven organization + Opportunities for growth, and promotion (1 year promotion track for this role) + Hybrid work environment (1‑2 days in office, flexible) Responsibilities Prepare monthly close and quarter‑end financial reporting for multiple‑entity investment funds reported on a fair value basis, including financial statements, key metrics, and investor capital activity statements Prepare annual audit related files and work with auditors Prepare information for quarterly tax estimates and annual tax returns, forms K‑1 / 1099 Prepare supplemental reporting as requested by certain external investors Cash management- including day to day activities and monthly reconciliation Assist on capital calls and distributions Partner closely with the Investor Relations team for reporting Fund Accounts Payable Assist with SEC compliance related to ownership filings Perform special projects as requested Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with 2‑3 years experience CPA preferred 4+ years of related accounting experience required, preferably in an investment fund setting Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and complete projects in a dynamic environment Exceptional communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management Team‑oriented and able to share information, goals, opportunities, successes and failures with appropriate parties If interested, please reach out to dlewis@sdlsearch.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
