Iteris is seeking an Sr. HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to business units, providing expertise in various HR functions to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization by aligning human resources strategies with business objectives.What You Will Be DoingProvide strategic human resources consultation and support to designated business units to define and execute HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectivesContribute to the development of workforce plans by assessing and aligning to evolving business needs and prioritiesUtilizes knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managersProvide coaching and development tools to members of leadershipActs as liaison with other HR functionsProactively provide change management support and recommendationsCollaborate with leadership on succession planning initiatives to identify and develop key talent within the organizationLead company wide initiatives with support from fellow HRBPManage heavy employee relations cases to mitigate risk and litigationWhat You Need To Be Successful In This RoleBachelor’s degree required, graduate degree preferredMinimum of seven (7) years of experience as an HR Business Partner, Manager or similar strategic HR roleStrong business acumen with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with both short- and long-term organizational goalsAbility to build relationships with senior leadership and act as a trusted advisorIn-depth knowledge of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and complianceProficiency in developing and assessing HR metrics and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and informed decision-makingThorough understanding of HR regulatory environment and compliance requirementsStrong proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in ExcelStrong demonstrated ability to consistently perform work independently, accurately, and thoroughlyIteris anticipates paying a base salary between $147,400 and $164,200 for this role.
