In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues efficiently, and build strong relationships with customer accounts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, we want to hear from you!What You’ll DoManage a high volume of emails and incoming calls with professionalism and efficiencyHandle customer claims (approximately 60% of workload) – NO order entry requiredUtilize systems like CSI or Syteline (similar to SAP) to manage customer accountsIdentify customer needs and provide accurate product information and solutionsBuild strong customer relationships through clear and effective communicationResolve complaints by offering timely solutions and follow-up supportProvide after-sales service and account support using appropriate toolsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and documentationFollow established communication procedures, policies, and guidelinesSupport additional tasks as assigned by leadershipWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in phone-based and email-based customer supportStrong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service systems (SAP, CSI, Syteline preferred)Excellent written communication skills (grammar, spelling, and professionalism)High attention to detail and a customer-first mindsetReliable, organized, and team-orientedEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma requiredAssociate’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
