The IT Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, reporting, and implementing information systems that support business operations. They work closely with management, finance, production and quality departments to understand technical needs, improve system performance, and ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities•         Collaborate between MET operational needs and various application providers to assure MET’s complete utilization and integration of applications•         Analyze current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement•         Gather and document business and technical requirements•         Design and implement IT solutions to meet organizational needs•         Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders•         Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support•         Maintain system documentation, including workflows and procedures•          Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or enhancements•          Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with policies•         Assist in testing new systems and software updates Required Skills & Qualifications•         Bachelor's degree in Information Technolog,Computer Science, or related field•         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills•          Knowledge of databases, networks, and system architecture•          Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies•         Familiar with report writing/dashboard technologies•         Excellent communication and documentation skills•          Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications•          Experience with manufacturing enterprise systems (MET utilizes JobBoss - ERP, Paperless Parts – Quoting and CRM)•         Knowledge of cybersecurity practices•         Experience in data analysis or reporting tools Work Environment•         Office based•         Requires collaboration across departments•         Occasional after-hours support for system maintenance or emergencies
