We’re hiring a Process Engineer II to support a solar plant operation in Hemlock, Michigan.📍 Location: Hemlock, MI (100% On-Site)⏳ Duration: 4+ months (extension possible)🕒 Shift: 2-3-2 rotating schedule (Day/Night shifts)🔧 What You’ll Do:• Drive process improvements, defect reduction & throughput optimization• Analyze manufacturing data & support experiments• Develop SOPs, training materials & standard work• Troubleshoot production issues with root cause analysis• Support 6-Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives• Ensure safe work practices on the floor🎯 What We’re Looking For:• 2+ years (5+ preferred) in manufacturing environment• Background in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering• Strong data analysis & problem-solving mindset• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced setting• Willingness to work rotating shifts➕ Nice to Have:• Experience with SPC & Design of Experiments (DoE)• Proven process improvement expertise💬 Key Traits:Strong communicator, team player, adaptable, and self-driven.⚠️ Note: Non-local candidates can apply but relocation expenses are not covered (temporary assignment).📞 Interview Process: 2 rounds (Phone/Teams)If you’re ready to contribute to cutting-edge manufacturing and thrive in a dynamic plant environment, let’s connect!
