Duties Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for all guests Manage cash register transactions with basic math skills, including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at shift end Assist in food preparation and serving light snacks or baked goods as needed to enhance guest experience Experience Proven experience as a barista in a fast-paced café or coffee shop environment Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, beverage recipes, and food service standards Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling practices, and food preparation procedures Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable coffee moments!
