Litigation Associate – Consumer Protection / TCPA (Remote)
MB Attorney Search has been retained by a Boston-based consumer protection litigation firm focused on TCPA class action litigation.This firm represents consumers whose rights have been violated by unlawful robocalls and spam text messages. Its practice is dedicated exclusively to enforcing the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and holding companies accountable through class action litigation.The OpportunityThe firm is seeking an associate with 3–6 years of litigation experience to take on a hands-on role in an active TCPA practice. The associate will work closely with the founding attorney and have meaningful responsibility across all stages of litigation.This is a contingent-fee practice with no billable-hour requirement, making it an attractive opportunity for attorneys who want to focus on litigation, strategy, and results rather than timekeeping.Responsibilities may include:Court appearances and hearingsDepositionsMeet-and-confer conferencesMotion practiceDay-to-day litigation management and case strategyThe ideal candidate is adaptable, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to take ownership of their work and step in where needed.Location & StructureFully remote positionNo billable hour requirement. Performance is evaluated on quality, responsiveness, and getting the work done.Flexible schedule and location, with an expectation of professional availability when urgent court needs arise.While the firm is based in Boston, candidates in other jurisdictions are encouraged to apply.
