The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling complex plaintiff personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall matters, and wrongful death claims.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all aspects of personal injury litigation from filing through trialDraft pleadings, motions, and discoveryConduct and defend depositionsAttend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferencesPrepare cases for trial and assist with trial strategyNegotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriersManage multiple litigation files while meeting strict deadlinesQualificationsLicensed attorney in good standing with the Arizona State BarPlaintiff personal injury litigation experience is required.
