Box Truck Driver (26 ft) & Warehouse Associate | $55K Salary

The Opportunity We’re hiring a dependable Box Truck Driver (26 ft) to perform secure IT equipment pickups from schools and businesses across the region. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be driving, loading and unloading equipment, supporting warehouse operations, and representing ER2 professionally at client sites. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Drive a 26-foot box truck for assigned pickup routes Perform local and regional client pickups (multi-state at times) Load, secure, transport, and unload IT equipment safely Provide professional, courteous service at client locations Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain DOT compliance Track pickups and inventory accurately using basic computer tools Sort and process electronics in the warehouse Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and lifts (certification training as needed) Maintain clean vehicles and organized work areas Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams About You (Qualifications) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Comfortable driving a 26-foot box truck Willing and able to travel overnight (up to 50%) Able to lift 70–100 lbs consistently Strong time-management and organization skills Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Customer-service mindset Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets) Legally authorized to work in the United States Must pass drug screen (safety-sensitive position) Must possess or obtain DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate prior to start (company covers cost if needed) Preferred: Experience driving larger commercial vehicles Preferred: Warehouse or logistics experience Why You’ll Love ER2 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage Telehealth services Paid Time Off Company apparel allowance A team culture rooted in humility, service, and doing the job right Next Steps Visit er2.com/careers to learn about our hiring process — your next step is a one-way video interview.
