Lot Technician – Great Entry Into the Automotive Industry!
Hansel Auto Group is seeking an energetic and dependable Lot Technician to join our team. This entry-level position is a great opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry. Be apart of a 3 person team to keep our vehicle inventory clean, organized, and ready for customers, assist with vehicle deliveries, and support our dealership as needed.
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and want to grow in the automotive world—this is your chance!
Pay Range
Pay Range is $18.00-$20.00 per hour.
The Lot Technician Helper position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $20.00

Ensures customer satisfaction
Ensure a clean and orderly lot
Tracks new and used car inventory
Moves vehicles as needed
Washes vehicles as needed
Prepares vehicles for customer delivery

Qualifications and Skills
Must be reliable and punctual
A valid California Driver’s License with clean record
Able to drive vehicles with manual transmissions
Able to take responsibility for keeping the lot neat and orderly
Ready to ensure that vehicles are in showroom condition
Pass a drug test
Pass a criminal background screening
