Engineering Administrative AssistantCTG's Fortune 500 client is seeking an Engineering Administrative Assistant to support engineering and plant operations through project coordination, financial tracking, reporting, scheduling, and administrative execution. DOD compliance requires US Citizens only for this role.Top ResponsibilitiesTrack and maintain engineering project spend, capital/expense data, and charge numbers in coordination with FinancePrepare and distribute monthly reports on project costs, labor, and SAP-based financial dataSupport engineering metrics reporting, dashboards, and operational KPI trackingCoordinate meetings, agendas, presentations, notes, and action item follow-up for engineering and plant leadershipManage scheduling for meetings, visitors, vendors, and recurring engineering forumsSupport procurement activities including purchase requests, receipts, and contractor documentationCoordinate onboarding for new hires, contractors, and interns (access, systems, materials)Route and track IT, facilities, and service requests through resolutionMaintain SharePoint/Teams sites, shared drives, and controlled documentation with version controlSupport SOPs, templates, audit readiness, and documentation workflowsCoordinate training sessions, travel logistics, and external registrationsDraft and distribute internal communications and coordination emailsRequired Skills & Experience2+ years of administrative, coordination, or executive support experience preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong scheduling, calendar management, and multi-stakeholder coordination experienceExcellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong attention to detail in reporting, documentation, and data entryAbility to work independently and proactively follow up on tasksStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdditional InformationNo third party resumes will be acceptedDrug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conductedCTG will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable local, state, and federal lawsAll interested individuals MUST be able to work on a W2 Tax basis (no C2C or third party vendors)CTG is an Equal Employment Opportunity employerCTG is an E-Verify Company
