Human Resources Manager (42461) Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for an HR Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of HR experience, manufacturing experience, and highly organized.The salary range for this position is $75k-85k.The HR Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:RESPONSIBILITIESLead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talentPartner with leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategiesManage and continuously improve onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experienceServe as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution supportAdminister employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and leave programsAct as liaison between employees and benefit providers to resolve issues and answer questionsSupport open enrollment processes and ongoing benefits educationAdminister leave programs in compliance with applicable lawsOversee payroll processes in partnership with a part-time Payroll CoordinatorEnsure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, including audits and approvalsMaintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and systemsThe HR Manager will possess the following:EXPERIENCE REQUIREDBachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.3+ years of HR experience.Experience in the manufacturing industry.Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Equal Opportunity EmployerThe compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
