In this role, you'll be responsible for executing elevated brand creative that translates business and marketing objectives into designs that are on-brand, beautiful, and clear to the consumer. If you have an eye for detail, a love for beauty, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoCollaborate with creative, product, retail, and marketing team members to design compelling assets across all channels, including visual merchandising displays, product packaging, print assets, event collateral, marketing mailers, and occasionally email, web, and social assetsConcept and execute packaging from initial design through production-ready files — maintaining exceptional quality at every stageDesign retail and point-of-sale materials including displays, fixtures, and in-store signage that bring the brand to life on shelfMaintain high brand standards and quality assurance across all work, ensuring it is cohesive, consistent, original, and on-brandEnsure on-time and accurate delivery of all projects, managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate flexibility and strong organizational skills across a varied and evolving project loadWhat You BringMinimum 3+ years of graphic design experience — in-house, agency, or freelanceExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoshopStrong 3D rendering skills applicable to visual merchandising and product packaging projects (3D rendering/mockup software experience is a strong plus)Strong typography, layout, hierarchy, and branding skills with sharp technical execution — comping and presentation prep includedExperience working in project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Workfront, or similarExperience with Figma or a similar visualization platformHighly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once without sacrificing qualityA collaborative spirit and positive attitude — you work as well with others as you do independentlyBFA or BA in Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related fieldA genuine love for the beauty industryWhy Join UsThis is an opportunity to do some of the most visible design work in the company — the kind that ends up in the hands (and on the vanities) of consumers everywhere.
