In this role, you will support individuals living with mental health challenges in achieving meaningful employment and greater independence in their daily lives.This isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity to walk alongside individuals as they rebuild confidence, develop skills, and take steps toward long-term stability.Your Role in Our MissionResponsibilitiesAs an Employment Specialist, your work will focus on helping individuals connect to employment opportunities that align with their goals and strengths. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting individuals with job readiness, including resume development and interview preparationSupporting individuals in obtaining and maintaining competitive employmentBuilding relationships with local employers and community partnersProviding ongoing support to help individuals succeed in the workplaceDelivering services in community settings, including homes and job sitesCollaborating with the multidisciplinary ACT team to support whole-person careMaintaining accurate and timely documentationWhy Join Us?As part of our mission-driven team, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals move toward independence and stability.
