This role is ideal for someone who can consistently create designs that align with—and elevate—the lifestyle and brand identity we’ve built for our customers. You’ll play a key role in shaping collections that feel cohesive to our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines. Responsibilities Design and develop original clothing pieces that reflect our brand’s aesthetic Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery Conduct efficient and insightful research on trends, materials, and market movements Translate research and inspiration into commercially viable designs Maintain consistency across collections while introducing fresh, innovative ideas Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs meet brand, quality, and timeline expectations Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Skills Proven experience as a Clothing Designer or in a similar fashion design role Strong eye for style, detail, and proportion Ability to research trends and concepts efficiently and apply them thoughtfully Deep understanding of brand consistency and design Portfolio of completed design projects Proficient with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts Attention to visual details Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Garment construction: 2 years (Preferred) Fashion design: 2 years (Required) Adobe Illustrator: 2 years (Required) Location: Los Angeles, CA 90007 (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Los Angeles, CA 90007 (Required) Work Location: In person
