Platform EngineerOnsite NYCSalary: $200-$300K base salaryWe are working with a high-growth, product-focused engineering team who are looking to bring in a Platform Engineer to help shape and scale their infrastructure.This is a genuinely hands-on role with a strong focus on building a platform that enables engineers to ship quickly, safely, and reliably.The roleYou’ll take ownership of key parts of the platform and infrastructure, helping to improve how systems are built, deployed, and operated in a fast-moving environment.What you’ll be doingBuilding and scaling cloud infrastructure that supports live production systemsOwning and evolving a Kubernetes platform, including scaling, networking, and reliabilityImproving deployment workflows and CI/CD pipelines to enable faster, safer releasesDefining and maintaining infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform or similar)Enhancing observability across metrics, logs, and alertingWhat we’re looking for2+ years experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure rolesStrong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)Hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environmentsExperience with infrastructure-as-code toolingSolid understanding of Linux, containers, networking, and distributed systemsExperience building or improving CI/CD pipelinComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentNice to haveExperience with modern observability toolingExposure to GitOps or advanced CI/CD approachesExperience supporting scalable or high-traffic systemsInterest in performance optimisation or cost managementWhy this role stands outHigh ownership and real impact on platform directionOpportunity to build and shape systems rather than maintain legacy estatesFast-moving, engineering-led environmentStrong focus on developer experience and modern infrastructure practicesIf you’re interested in shaping a platform from the ground up - apply now!
