Inside Sales / Partner Growth Specialist
Victor Technology is looking for a motivated and organized Inside Sales – Partner Growth Specialist to support lead generation, customer follow-up, and account growth initiatives.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, proactive outreach, and helping grow customer and partner accounts through consistent follow-up and business development support.Key Responsibilities: Follow up on inbound leads, trade show contacts, and inactive accountsSupport lead generation and outbound prospecting effortsPromote products, programs, and sales initiativesMaintain sales activity and pipeline trackingCoordinate customer follow-up and account support activitiesCollaborate with Sales Management and Customer Care teamsQualifications:Inside sales, lead generation, customer support, or business development experience preferredStrong communication and follow-up skillsOrganized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independentlyMicrosoft Office experience required; CRM/ERP experience a plusIf you’re interested in joining a growing team and supporting customer and partner growth initiatives, we’d love to hear from you.Location:Remote or onsite in Bolingbrook, ILFlexible part-time hoursPay:$20/hour
