Sanmina Corporation has facilities strategically located in key regions throughout the world.RMA CoordinatorJob PurposeThe RMA Coordinator under general supervision coordinates the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. Verifies the accuracy of sales orders. Analyzes material requirements for RMA orders to plan and schedule repairs. Updates databases and prepares appropriate paperwork. Audits and reconciles inventory discrepancies. Updates customers on status of returns. May resolve A/R issues. May provide Customer requested Reports. May order parts needed to repair the returned product.Nature Of DutiesLog and process all RMA requestsProcess RMA requests through factory for repair/replacementCommunication with Program Management on status until closedHelp in maintaining and establishing processes and procedures to ensure that RMA’s are processed and closed in a timely mannerEfficiently prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneouslyEscalate problems as appropriateMaintain accurate records and monthly reports, documents processes as neededDriving cost reductions through product and process improvementsContinuous quality improvement in Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY)Collection of data and the correlation of failures, driving the actions required to solve the issues to root cause.Ensures the product is exceeding our customer requirements of quality, reliability, and our internal goals of cost and deliveryDuties as assignedMust be able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for long periods of timeOvertime is a mustEducation And Experience5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing environment preferredWorking Knowledge of Six Sigma and Greenbelt ToolsExtensive knowledge of Wave Solder, SMT & Electronic manufacturing processesExperience handling and testing of RF componentsDetail orientedHighly Proficient in Microsoft ExcelMust be able to communicate in both written and spoken EnglishSanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.Apply Back to results
