Adelphi is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing support services in a school-based setting located in Romney, West Virginia. Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in West Virginia. Current CPR/BLS certification. Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience preferred. Pediatric or school-based experience preferred. Ability to pass required background checks and meet school district requirements. Responsibilities: Provide basic nursing care under supervision of an RN. Administer medications as permitted by state scope of practice. Monitor and document student health conditions. Assist students with medical procedures and daily health needs. Respond to minor injuries and illnesses. Support emergency response procedures, maintain accurate health records and medication logs. Assist with implementation of individualized healthcare plans. Communicate concerns to supervising RN and school administration. Ensure compliance with health policies and infection control standards. Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct. Any other duties as assigned.
