This position plays a key role in supporting hotel sales efforts, coordinating group and event business, and providing administrative assistance by partnering closely with hotel leadership and operations teams across multiple properties.Position OverviewThe Sales Administrator is responsible for managing sales-related administrative functions, coordinating group and event details, and ensuring contracts and client information are handled accurately and efficiently. This ideal candidate requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment while delivering excellent customer service.Primary ResponsibilitiesEvent & Group SalesRespond to inquiries and assist in promoting group room blocks, meetings, conferences, and social events.Coordinate group and event details to ensure smooth execution and excellent guest experiences.Collaborate with event planners and guests throughout the planning process from inquiry to arrival.Work closely with hotel operations teams to ensure successful event execution.Administrative & Office DutiesInput and manage group, meeting and negotiated rate information within hotel sales systems, including Salesforce and Hilton platforms.Prepare proposals, contracts, and client correspondence throughout the sales and booking process. Assist in tracking and collecting group and event payments in accordance with contract terms.Support hotel leadership and the sales team with reporting, administrative tasks, and sales initiatives.Skills & QualificationsStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Professional knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and event spaces, or willingness to learn quickly.Proficiency in CRM and hotel sales software, or Hilton systems preferred.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.Why Join Erck HotelsOpportunity to grow within Hilton-branded hotels and hospitality sales.Exposure to multiple hotel properties and market segments.Work directly with experienced hotel leaders and sales professionals.
