Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd/3rd ShiftPay: $25–$30/hrLocation: Hammond, IN 46327Shift: 2nd or 3rdJob SummaryWe are seeking a 2nd/3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our rapidly growing team. This role is ideal for a reliable, motivated professional with strong troubleshooting skills who wants to continue developing their expertise while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine preventive maintenance on facility equipment to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems.Collaborate with management on complex issues, providing solutions for system failures or inefficiencies.Work with other technicians to complete projects and resolve maintenance challenges.Participate in installation or improvement projects for existing or new equipment to enhance safety and operational performance.Engage with floor managers and equipment operators to analyze equipment performance, isolate problems, and implement corrective actions.Job Requirements & SkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, including servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing automated machinery (preferred).Ability to read and interpret schematics.Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).Understanding of BRM and CRM practices with the ability to build effective professional relationships.Advanced knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, conveyor systems, and control systems.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain organizational standards.Open to feedback and committed to relationship management.Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative in approach.To be considered for this opportunity, please reach out to Trova Advisory Group by sending an email to with your resume, the position you are applying for, and a brief introduction.
