Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with the details.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nAssociate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active Florida PTA license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in outpatient orthopedics required. Candidate must be comfortable managing a caseload averaging 10–12 patients per day and performing 1-hour evaluations.Experience using Clinicient and WebPT EMR systems preferred.Experience working with a therapy team in clinics that include dedicated full-time technicians preferred.\n\nAssignment Details\nFacility type: Outpatient.Shift name: Days.Scheduling: Clinic is open to 5x8 or 4x10 schedules.Clinic caseload expectations: PT averages 10–12 patients per day; OT averages 8–10 patients per day.Pediatrics: Small pediatric population exists; pediatric coverage is provided by another therapist.Team structure: Four therapists per clinic and a full-time technician in each clinic, so therapists are not responsible for set up or patient check-in.Resume submission required to begin credentialing.\n\nLocation Highlights\nStarke is a small North Central Florida community with convenient access to regional hubs and outdoor recreation.
