Senior ML Engineer – Remote | 3-Month B2B + ExtensionA fast-growing scale-up is looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join their team on a 3-month B2B contract, with strong likelihood of extension.You'll be working on production AI systems that are genuinely changing how clinical care is delivered, think agentic workflows, LLM-powered care specialists, and end-to-end treatment management pipelines.What they need:4+ years in ML, with real production system experience — not just model-side, but full API delivery (versioning, auth, logging, monitoring, deployment)Strong Python and SQL; comfortable across the data stackExperience with agentic architectures — LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen or equivalent patternsSystems thinker who can design and walk through end-to-end architecturesBonus: GCP/AWS, LLM/GenAI shipping experienceIf you're a production-focused ML engineer and want to work on AI that actually matters, please apply!
