Bilingual Sales Representative

Responsibilities Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize effective communication skills to upsell products and enhance the customer experience. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are readily available for customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales area. Experience Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language. Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and cash handling practices is advantageous. Experience in upselling or promoting products is a plus. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
