Job Description Job OverviewWhile your dedicated recruiter will serve as your primary contact, they are supported by numerous specialized teams. Our organization has teams focused solely on housing, travel logistics, credentialing, licensing, and much more, ensuring we meet your needs effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesWork schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, with inpatient rounding from 7 AM - 9 AMManage care for 13 patients each clinic dayFunction within a tertiary center and regional transfer facilityReceive support from a Physician Assistant teamSpend at least one day per week in the operating room for scheduled proceduresParticipate in in-house call with a 1:10 ratioPerform general otolaryngology and endoscopic proceduresProvide ongoing coverage with approximately one week of availability each monthCompensation and BenefitsWe negotiate competitive pay and ensure weekly depositsComplimentary housing and travel arrangements are providedComprehensive malpractice insurance coverage includedStreamlined credentialing and privileging processesAccess to an online portal for assignment details and time trackingYour specialized recruiter will manage all details for youAbout UsOur organization was founded in 1979 with the mission of connecting exceptional healthcare professionals to the communities that need them.
