On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend, with potential for 1-2 weekday calls.Job DescriptionThe CVOR Registered Nurse will provide specialized care in a cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgery environment. This role requires strong experience in CVOR procedures, including CABG and vascular surgeries. The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the CVOR setting. Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment. Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition. Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate patient records using the Epic charting system.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have a valid RN license in South Carolina or a multi-state/compact RN license. Minimum of 3 years of CVOR experience required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
