HVAC Lead Residential Installer - Boiler & Mini Split Experience

HVAC Lead Residential Installer: Standard and High Efficiency Furnace and AC Installation Boiler & Mini Split Installer Required Knowledge and Experience: Boiler: · Installs 80% - 90% Efficient Boilers · Boiler piping and layout for remodel/new construction · Soldering copper pipe skills · Connecting and install pex skills · Venting termination location · Boiler sizing · Pipe sizing · 1"- 2" Black pipe installation skills · All tools needed (pipe wrench variety of sizes, torch, copper cutters and all basic power tools, hand tools to complete the job) · Combi boiler install Mini Split: · Correct installation steps for a heat pump system · Flaring tools, refrigeration scale, Etc... · Line hide installation knowledge · Line set length sizing · Breaker sizing · New electrical installation Other: · Installer of tankless HWH · Installer of hot water heaters (standard, high efficiency, tankless) · Installer of chimney liners · Installer of HVAC units, including electronic and mechanical components · Installer of HVAC ductwork, including flexible tubing and sheet metal construction · Installer correctly measures metal for installations · Installer of or repair of fuel and water lines · Installer of or repair of electrical connections to HVAC components · Installer of or repair of HVAC system automation components for small businesses and homes · Installer possesses good communication skills · Installer maintains a safe work environment · Installer has a valid driver’s license and a good driving record · Installer makes a professional impression and is able to communicate effectively with homeowners, building owners, maintenance workers and more Benefits Include: Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Employer Paid Life Insurance Voluntary term life Simple IRA plus match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Sharon's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. provided the following inclusive hiring information: We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
