Contract to long-term hire Pay is $28-$31HVAC Helper / ApprenticePrimary Responsibility: Support installers to improve productivity, safety, and jobsite efficiency.Key Duties:Assist with material handling, staging, and inventory controlSupport ductwork,insulations and piping installationPrepare equipment, tools, and work areasAssist with refrigerant line installation and insulationPerform basic cutting, measuring, sealing, and fasteningMaintain clean and safe jobsite conditionsFollow direction from lead installers and superintendentLearn installation methods, codes, and best practicesQualifications:Basic mechanical aptitudeOSHA-10 preferredWillingness to learn commercial HVAC systemsReliable transportation and punctuality
