Executive Personal Assistant
Personal Assistant and Office Manager Bel-Air and Century City Seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager and Personal Assistant to support an Executive and the Executive’s Spouse in Bel-Air, Los Angeles. This individual will provide seamless administrative, operational, and personal support, ensuring the couple’s professional and personal responsibilities run smoothly. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, discreet, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. We are seeking an individual who is resourceful, solutions-oriented, and comfortable toggling between professional and personal needs. The right person will be high-energy, proactive, perceptive, adaptive, and happy to jump in wherever needed. The ideal candidate has strong tenure in prior roles and is seeking a long-term role. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Executive’s personal and professional calendar and appointments Manage and maintain the Executive's office in Century City, stock pantry, manage vendors, and facilitate mailings Schedule, prioritize, and coordinate meetings, events, and travel Prepare documents, correspondence, and meeting materials Maintain organized digital and physical records Coordinate personal travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, restaurant reservations, and detailed itineraries Manage personal appointments including medical visits and social engagements Handle errands such as dry cleaning, returns, deliveries, bills and mail Assist with event planning for personal and professional events and gatherings Support personal shopping, gift purchasing, and wrapping Manage vehicle maintenance including servicing, car washes, and registrations Manage household coordination including vendors, maintenance appointments, and home organization as needed Oversee groceries and general restocking Help streamline systems and improve recurring processes Flexibility for evenings or weekends Qualifications Positive, enthusiastic attitude towards service Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Prior experience as Executive Assistant and/or Personal Assistant Valid California driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Discreet and professional with experience handling confidential information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and calendar tools Experienced with event planning and vendor coordination Resourceful, adaptable, and solutions-oriented Great to Have: Experience supporting founders or executives. Background in household coordination for high-net-worth individuals Salary: DOE, 125k-170k
