Our premium plant-based supplements are manufactured in an FDA-registered, cGMP-certified production facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, where quality, science, and safety guide everything we do.OverviewA reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator oversees the operation of our high-speed filling and bottling machine, automated de-palletizer, case-packer or other packaging equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate performance of our automated equipment while proactively identifying and addressing issues before they impact production. The ability to think on your feet and maintain high standards of quality and safety will be essential to the success of our production line. This role offers progressive performance levels, ranging from Operator-in-Training through to Expert and Trainer, allowing for growth and development within the position.Currently hiring for 2nd Shift, must have flexibility around hours and days.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor high-speed filling/bottling/packing machinery to ensure consistent and accurate outputFuture automation integration is plannedAs needed: Set up / shut down equipment, perform changeovers, PM’s, and CIP/clean equipmentInspect machine output and product quality throughout productionIdentify and address potential mechanical or product issues before they escalatePerform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to prevent downtimeWork closely with the maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quicklyMaintain accurate production and downtime recordsAdhere to all safety, quality, and sanitation standardsAlways maintain a clean and organized work areaSuggest and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiencyPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalentStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to trainExcellent attention to detail and ability to work independentlyHighly organized and detail orientedPreferred1+ year of experience operating high-speed machinery in a manufacturing or production environmentExperience with Food Safety, CIP, cGMP’sExperience applying Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processesPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 50 lbsAbility to climb steep stairs multiple times a dayMust be able to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and reach to perform essential job functionsFrequent standing and walking in production and warehouse environments with exposure to temperature fluctuations, noise, and machineryWillingness to work flexible hours, including early morning, nights, and weekendsBenefits Overview: Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Plans, 401k Match, Family Leave, PTO & Paid Holiday Schedule.Botanic Tonics is an equal employment opportunity employer.
