Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are actively seeking an experienced Concrete Estimator to join their team. As a Concrete Estimator, you will play a critical role in the pre-construction phase, responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of concrete projects. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure bids are precise and aligned with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for concrete projects Review drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes Identify potential risks and opportunities within project scope Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bid strategies Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing, materials, and industry trends Support project handover to operations team upon successful bid award Requirements: Proven experience xywuqvp as a Concrete Estimator or similar role within the construction industry Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and pricing Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities APPLYtoday for immediate consideration!
