Senior Construction Project Manager – Civil InfrastructureWe are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role serves as the key liaison between clients, design teams, and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, and executionCoordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignmentOversee construction activities, inspections, and quality controlReview and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project costsIdentify and mitigate risks while resolving field issues efficientlyLead project meetings and provide regular status reports to clientsSupervise and mentor project staffQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) license required15+ years of experience in civil construction (utilities, transportation, land development, or similar)Proven experience managing projects during the construction phaseStrong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and regulatory requirementsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary: $110,000 – $165,000 (based on experience)Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development support
