This role is designed for a strategic, growth-minded leader who can scale revenue, strengthen market position, and build a high-performing, accountable team—while staying grounded in a relationship-driven, customer-first culture.What Success Looks LikeLead, manage, and hold your team accountable:Lead and develop the sales team by setting clear expectations, coaching performance, reinforcing processes, and fostering a culture of alignment and accountability so the team executes consistently and delivers results.Grow Sales:Drive revenue growth by increasing customer retention, expanding existing accounts, generating new opportunities, and leading the team to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.Strategize:Provide strategic direction through forecasting, analyzing market trends, and aligning sales and marketing initiatives with company goals—ensuring resources and inventory support sustainable, predictable growth.Process Champion:Design, implement, and maintain efficient systems, tools, and standardized processes (CRM, SOPs, feedback loops, data accuracy) that enable the sales and marketing teams to operate effectively and scale with the business.Marketing:Build brand awareness and demand by promoting Tater Farms in the market, generating qualified leads, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the company as the preferred partner within the industry.This is an opportunity to join a company where legacy meets forward-thinking leadership—where your impact will directly influence growth, culture, and long-term success.
