Our moving and storage division helps generate organic leads that are handed off to our realtors!!ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best termsDetermine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit themIntermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealingPerform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ valueDisplay and market real property to possible buyersPrepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)Maintain and update listings of available propertiesCooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectorsDevelop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractorsPromote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing servicesRemain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practicesRequirements and skillsProven working experience as a Real Estate Agent Proven track of successful sales recordAbility to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong sales, negotiation and communication skillsPleasant and trustworthyMS Office familiarityLicenses and EducationFlorida Real Estate or Brokers LicenseBachelor’s degree preferred**Competitive Commission Rates offered to realtors with their own book of business**Good Greek and out affiliates are equal opportunity employer.
