We are building a scalable, performance-driven organization focused on predictable growth, exceptional customer experience, and strong leadership. Our events and trade show channel is a core driver of brand visibility and lead generation. We are seeking a Director of Events & Trade Shows to own, scale, and optimize this division. Role Overview The Director of Events & Trade Shows is responsible for building and leading a high-performing events division that consistently generates qualified in-home sales opportunities. This role owns strategy, execution, staffing, budgeting, and performance across home shows, retail partnerships, community events, and future expansion channels. This is a leadership role for someone who understands how to turn visibility into revenue through structure, systems, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Channel Development Develop and execute the company’s annual events and trade show strategy Identify, evaluate, and secure high-ROI home shows, expos, retail partnerships, and community events Build scalable systems for lead capture, follow-up, and conversion Operations & Execution Plan and manage all event logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination Oversee booth design, materials, branding, and presentation standards Ensure consistent, professional execution at every event Team Leadership Recruit, train, and manage event and field marketing staff Establish performance standards and coaching programs Build a culture of professionalism, accountability, and results Performance & Revenue Accountability Own lead generation and revenue targets tied to the events channel Track and optimize KPIs including cost per lead, appointment rate, and ROI Produce regular performance reports for leadership Budget & Vendor Management Manage event budgets and vendor relationships Ensure spend aligns with forecasted returns Negotiate contracts and partnerships Cross-Functional Alignment Partner with marketing, call center, sales, and operations teams Ensure seamless handoff from event lead to scheduled appointment Align event initiatives with company growth objectives What Success Looks Like A predictable, scalable events and trade show pipeline High-quality appointment flow from field channels Strong ROI on event spend Well-trained, motivated field teams Clear visibility into channel performance Qualifications Proven experience leading events, field marketing, or experiential marketing programs Strong operational and organizational skills Experience managing teams and budgets Data-driven mindset with focus on ROI Background in home services, home improvement, or in-home sales preferred Excellent communication and leadership abilities Why Join Bathroom Pros NJ Opportunity to build and lead a major growth channel Supportive, structured leadership environment Clear performance expectations and advancement opportunities Competitive compensation and incentive structure Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toms River, NJ 08755
