We are scaling quickly and building the future of finance by giving teams the clarity, control, and strategic visibility they need to lead with confidence.About The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to lead our most complex customer implementations and help strengthen how implementations are delivered across the team.Senior Implementation Managers partner closely with finance leaders and technical teams to deploy the platform across complex accounting environments, ensuring financial workflows, reporting structures, and data migrations are implemented accurately.In addition to leading implementations, this role helps evolve our implementation approach by contributing to playbooks, migration patterns, and internal best practices.What You’ll DoLead the most complex and high-impact customer implementations from kickoff through go-liveGuide customers through configuring the platform to align with their accounting workflows, financial reporting structures, and operational processesOversee complex financial data migrations from ERP, GL, and related financial systems while ensuring data accuracyLead testing and validation of financial workflows, reporting outputs, and system configurationIdentify risks or financial/data discrepancies early and drive solutions to keep implementations on trackServe as a senior point of contact for customers and an escalation resource for Implementation ManagersPartner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to resolve complex workflow or technical challengesContribute to improving implementation playbooks, migration approaches, and internal best practicesEnsure a smooth transition to Customer Experience or Support after go-liveWhat Success Looks LikeCustomers successfully launch with core financial workflows and reporting fully operationalComplex financial data migrations reconcile accurately after implementationImplementations stay on schedule with minimal rework or escalationsImplementation Managers have support when navigating challenging customer situationsImprovements to implementation playbooks and processes that strengthen how the team operatesWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience leading complex software implementations or financial system deploymentsDeep understanding of accounting processes and financial workflows (GL, close, reporting, reconciliations)Background in accounting, finance, consulting, or financial systems implementation (CPA strongly preferred)Experience working with ERP or financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or OracleComfort managing complex data migrations, system configuration, and financial data validationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and customersAbility to mentor and guide team members while leading complex implementationsAbility to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
