Key ResponsibilitiesPerform precision soldering under a microscope for micro-electronic componentsAssemble through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components, including RF partsSupport assembly of RF and microwave electronic modulesPerform gap welding and wire bonding on specialized electronic assembliesRead and interpret PCB layouts and electronic schematics to ensure accurate assemblyMaintain high quality standards while working independently or as part of a teamQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of electronics assembly experience in a manufacturing environmentProven ability to solder under a microscopeExperience with RF components, wire bonding, or gap welding preferredAbility to read schematics and PCB layoutsStrong attention to detail and fine motor skills
