Business Analyst - Commercial Finance

Role: Sr. Technical Business Relationship ManagerDuration: 8 months (possibility of extension)Location: Mettawa, ILIT Business Analyst role within AbbVie BTS supporting Commercial Finance systems like Revenue Management, Rebates, Gross-to-Net, and Commercial Reporting.Strong cross-functional coordination required between business stakeholders, technical teams, SAP teams, middleware, and reporting teams.SQL is a key skill for ad hoc data analysis, gap analysis, insights, and stakeholder decision support (not heavy development).Environment includes on-prem systems plus AWS, Snowflake, Oracle, enterprise data warehouses, and data lakes.Main responsibilities include requirements gathering, business analysis, documentation, testing/UAT, dashboard enhancements, and production support.Exposure to reporting/dashboard tools like QlikView and Power BI is preferred.ServiceNow experience is important for change management, incident management, and ITSM workflows.Pharma commercial-domain knowledge (rebates, pricing, revenue management, gross-to-net) is highly preferred but not mandatory.Hiring manager wants proactive, detail-oriented candidates who can handle ambiguity and ramp up quickly across multiple projects.Contract runs until Jan 29, 2027, with strong extension possibility; hybrid preferred but strong remote candidates in/near Central Time are eligible.
