Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Control Specialist, located in Spring, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and efficiency of inventory processes, investigating shortages, and ensuring proper reporting of discrepancies. The specialist will also manage physical inventory counts, implement inventory control measures, and assist in optimizing inventory management strategies. Collaboration with team members to ensure seamless operations is an essential part of this position. Qualifications Proficient in Inventory Control and Inventory Management processesExperience in maintaining Inventory Accuracy and conducting Physical Inventory countsSkillful in Shipping & Receiving operationsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsFamiliarity with inventory management software and tools is a plusEffective communication and teamwork capabilitiesHigh school diploma or GED; additional certifications in inventory management or logistics are a plus
