Position Description: Our client is seeking a Staff Attorney to join their financial services litigation team in Ann Arbor, Bloomfield Hills, or Detroit; however, fully remote arrangements may be considered for candidates with a proven record of reliability and strong performance. The ideal candidate will bring: 5+ years of experience in consumer financial services litigation, including mortgage‑related matters Strong litigation capabilities, including drafting pleadings, preparing and arguing motions, conducting discovery, and taking and defending depositions Demonstrated experience with case development and case management Familiarity with both federal and state courts Admission to the Michigan Bar is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
