Construction Logistics Manager (Delhi)

Title: Construction Logistics Manager Location: Delhi, LA area We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Logistics Manager to lead material flow, traffic coordination, and onsite logistics for a large-scale construction project . This is a high-impact, boots-on-the-ground leadership role where you’ll be the central point of coordination between General Contractors and logistics teams—keeping materials moving efficiently across a complex, fast-paced site. ✅ What You’ll Be Responsible For Act as the primary liaison between General Contractors (GCs) and logistics teams Coordinate and manage the flow of materials, equipment, and deliveries across the site Direct inbound truck traffic and ensure proper routing across 10+ active locations Oversee gate operations, checkpoints, and site traffic flow (dirt road environment) Prevent bottlenecks by aligning deliveries with changing construction schedules Lead and manage a team of 6–10 onsite associates (traffic, routing, coordination) Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions to optimize site efficiency Ensure all operations align with customer requirements and project scope Team & Schedule Operation runs Monday evening through Saturday morning Shift windows include: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 8+ years of relevant experience Experience in construction logistics, site operations, or material movement Strong leadership skills with experience in supervision, coaching, and performance management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving construction environment Excellent communication skills—comfortable working with GCs, stakeholders, and field teams Why This Role Be part of a large-scale, cutting-edge build Own and improve critical site logistics operations High visibility role with direct impact on project timelines and success Opportunity to lead teams and drive real operational change
