The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue goals. The individual will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, leading sales teams, and ensuring effective customer service. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales forecasts, collaborating with internal teams, and staying informed about market trends and competitors to drive growth. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to manage client relationships and internal team dynamicsProven expertise in sales strategy development, market analysis, and achieving revenue targetsExperience in team management, leadership, and performance trackingKnowledge of the power equipment sector or a similar industry is highly desirableProficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platformsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plusAbility to work in a dynamic, goal-driven environment with an ambitious mindset
