Electrical Engineer – Hardware Sustaining & Test Engineering

Job Description:QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).Experience: 5+ years of experience in hardware sustaining engineering, product engineering, or test engineering in a consumer electronics or hardware manufacturing environment.Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium, Cadence OrCAD, or equivalent)Experience with CAD/3D modeling tools for electromechanical designStrong understanding of electronic component specifications, datasheets, and lifecycle managementFamiliarity with firmware/hardware integration and embedded systemsUnderstanding of quality tools: 8D, FMEA, fishbone diagrams, 5-Why analysisFamiliarity with IPC standards for PCB design and manufacturingExperience with PLM/PDM systems and formal change management processesExperience with DFM/DFT (Design for Manufacturing/Test) principlesIf interested, please share your resume on SACHIN.VERMA@QUEST-GLOBAL.COM
