If you are passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives and possess strong clinical skills, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions to assess and treat clients with various mental health conditions Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and organizational standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, case managers, and support systems to ensure comprehensive care Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in mental health therapySkills And Qualifications: Master's degree in clinical psychology, Community Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Valid licensure or certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent Proven experience providing mental health therapy in a clinical setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse client populations Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamJoin our organization and become part of a supportive, growth-oriented environment committed to improving mental health and well-being. Mental Health Therapists are responsible for the delivery of treatment to assigned clients in a residential setting in accordance with organizational policy and procedures. They are responsible for the initial development and implementation of treatment plans. The Mental Health Therapists will provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.Work HoursFlexible SchedulingBenefitAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Various treatment modality trainings provided (TF-CBT and DBT) provides eligibility for certification.Billable hours not required.RequirementsThe applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
