A company is looking for a Workforce Analytics Consultant, Employee Listening. Key Responsibilities Collecting data and analyzing workforce needs, systems, trends, and metrics Providing reports and consultation to help management develop strategies and make business decisions Interpreting data and creating dashboards for management to identify key performance indicators and monitor productivity Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required 3 years of experience in proven quantitative and qualitative research Experience with survey design and deployment Comfort configuring and managing listening tools and platforms Strong commitment to confidentiality and responsible data stewardship
