PM Hotel Group - 1089 North Main Street - Responsibilities: Develop in depth understanding of the property management system and POS functionality; Provide gracious and sincere customer service to all arriving and departing hotel guests and visitors; Check guests in and out, complete group pre-registrations and key packets, post charges and processing payments; Communicate with Housekeeping and Maintenance; handle mail and deliveries; React promptly to guest complaints and refer to Hotel management when necessary
