Our mission is to provide access to essential resources that enable individuals to thrive. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in New Orleans, LA. The primary responsibilities include providing physical therapy evaluations, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients through rehabilitation to improve their mobility and quality of life. The Physical Therapist will also work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and provide education to patients and their families. Qualifications Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practicesStrong skills in Patient Care and Home Care methodologiesKnowledge of Medicine as it pertains to physical therapy and rehabilitationEffective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with patients and colleaguesCommitment to providing compassionate care for aging adults and individuals with disabilitiesLicensed Physical Therapist in the state of Louisiana (or ability to obtain licensure)Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical TherapyPrior experience in outpatient rehabilitation or comparable settings is a plus
