The successful applicant is dedicated to client-centered service, a naturally organized person, and works well with others in our highly collaborative environment. This position's primary activities are performed under the direction of the project team leader and is focused on the implementation of project directives. Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Willingness to work on roofs and facades utilizing contractor's suspended scaffolding. Certified SPRAT preferred. Perform site visits to observe and document façade deterioration. Assist team in producing working plans, diagrams, and construction documents. Attend project meetings. Review shop drawings and submittals. Observe and document the progress and quality of contractor work based on guidelines set forth by the project team leader and write inspection reports. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with a concentration in Civil or Structural Engineering or Architecture. Experience with façade work/restoration. New grads welcome also. Familiar with latest versions of AutoCAD. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well with others Must be eligible to work in the United States and interview in person in NYC. Salary commensurate with experience.
