Management Analyst
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in Crane, IN. This is a full-time onsite position.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToAnalyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedulesParticipate as a member of and/or support the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetingsCollect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information related to systems testing and product programsTrack program/project status and schedulesDevelopment of organization and project level business processes, standards, and proceduresDevelopment, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performanceTravel up to 10%Minimum Qualifications3+ years of experience performing work related to Project Management and/or Management AnalysisBachelor’s Degree in a technical or business OR an associate’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experienceProven ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise, and confident briefings to senior military and government personnel, ensuring complex information is communicated effectively to high-level stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsProject Management and/or Management Analysis experience supporting DoD programs or related programsFamiliarity with the Naval Sea Systems (NAVSEA) organization and operationsFamiliarity with the S1000D specification for technical writingClearance RequirementsMust be a U.S. CitizenMust possess an active or current Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibilityPhysical RequirementsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printerThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers
